It seems that in Texas your wife can cheat on you, get pregnant with another man, and then expect have Texas Attorney General go after you for child support after the divorce.
Texas Attorney General is now demanding child support payments and is attempting to garnish wages from a Texas man who, based on DNA parentage testing, is NOT the biological parent of the child in question. The Texas Attorney General claims this is “court ordered” child support even though the alleged court order has never been made available to the victim of this injustice.

In November of 1991 Linda Galvan Deland became pregnant with a child even though her lawful husband at the time was incapable of fathering children and Linda Galvan Deland was, (and had been), refusing to have any type of sexual relationship with her husband. Clearly, Linda Galvan Deland was having and adulterous extramarital affair with an unknown third party which resulted in her pregnancy.
In November of 1993 a DNA Paternity Test was performed and this test determined, with 99.99% accuracy that the former husband of Linda Galvan Deland – Dallas County Texas), is excluded as the biological father of Nichole M. Deland of Dallas County Texas.

I, David E. Deland, of Brady, McCulloch County, Texas, do hereby state, declare, and affirm that I am NOT the biological father of Nichole M. Deland of Dallas County Texas. I refuse to accept any responsibility of any kind, including financial responsibility, for a child which I am not and could not be the biological father of.

Brady Texas Now Has An Auto Race Track
The race track is actually North Graham Street between Crothers Street and South Street in the northwest section of Brady Texas.
Various types of automobiles regularly race down this road at speeds clearly in excess of 40 MPH at all hours of the day and night completely disregarding the numerous children and pedestrians in the area. There is an elementary school, an after school child care facility, and a a church all very near this unofficial race track. The speed limit is 30 MPH and SHOULD be 20 MPH due to all the children
in the area which the many dangerous and reckless drivers speeding up and down North Graham Street clearly do not care about at all.
To make matters worse, Lake Graham appears in the 1500 Block of North Graham Street every time it rains, (which has been quite often the past few months), creating a large temporary pond in the middle of North Graham Street which these dangerous speeding drivers hydroplane through at high speed – one of these idiot drivers is going to lose control at Lake Graham and collide with a house, parked car,
or possibly even a small child.
Brady Texas Police have been informed of this problem on numerous times over the past year but there has been absolutely no increase in police patrols or speed enforcement on this unofficial race track. Somebody is going to get seriously injured or killed on the North Graham Street Race Track if the City Of Brady, particularly the Brady Police, don’t immediately start taking steps to end this major speeding problem.
Local law enforcement cannot be in the area 24 / 7, but they could make appearances slightly more frequently. It really would not take much effort on the part of police to stop and ticket a few of these very dangerous drivers and even a small show of force by the police would probably be effective as word gets around fast in a small town like Brady. An even more effective and long term solution to this problem would be to install at least one four way stop at one of the intersections about half way along North Graham between Crothers and South Street and then have police monitor the new stop signs for a few days. This would force these idiotic homicidal speeders to slow down,
at least once, while traveling down this residential street heavily populated by small children.

Linda GALVAN Deland of Dallas County Texas seems to believe that her former husband is the biological father of her child despite the fact that conclusive evidence clearly proves otherwise.

This morning I listened and watched, (as I have many times over the past months), to various types of vehicles flying up and down North Graham Street in Brady Texas even as school buses were picking up young children. And, as usual, absolutely police around anywhere.
The speed limit on North Graham Street and several other streets in this neighborhood really needs to be reduced to 20 MPH due to the large number of children in the area and also in consideration of the nearby elementary school and church. And after the speed limit is lowered, the Brady Police Department needs to spend some time in the area strictly enforcing that speed limit. Something else which would probably reduce the speeding considerably would be to install new at least two new stop signs along North Graham Street between Crothers and South Street and, again, have those stop signs monitored by police. If the Brady Police Department and / or McCulloch County Sheriffs Department do not currently have the manpower to attend to this critical public safety issue then perhaps it is time for the City Of Brady Texas to hire a few new police officers.

Several young children have recently disappeared, been abducted, and killed, once again bringing national attention to the subject of child safety. Some of these tragedies are happening in very quite, peaceful small towns similar to Brady Texas so everybody, no matter where they live, must take all available measures to protect their children.
There are some very useful resources on this subject for both parents and children available on the Internet or locally at places such as your Police Department or Church.
National Center For Missing And Exploited Children
http://www.missingkids.com
Great source of information for parents, law enforcement, and child care providers.
Their website is currently featuring information on Halloween safety.
AMBER Alert
http://www.amberalert.gov/
Information on how to become actively involved in finding and safely recovering abducted children.
EVERYBODY needs to participate in this program as much as possible and in any way possible.
Active Texas Amber Alerts, (including McCulloch County and Brady Texas), can be found at:
http://calfcreek.net
Consider having Amber alerts for your area sent to your Email address or Text Message to your cell phone.
Registered Sex Offenders In Texas
https://records.txdps.state.tx.us/DPS_WEB/SorNew/index.aspx
Texas Department Of Public Safety maintains a current searchable list of registered sex offenders where you can search for registered sex offenders by names, address, county, or zip code. Most people would probably be very surprised how many registered sex offenders live near them, (and their children), even in very small towns like Brady Texas.
Report ANY suspicious activity to your local police department, particularly things like occupied cars or adults loitering near schools, playgrounds, or groups of children. Write down descriptions of suspicious vehicles and persons including the location and time so that this information can be furnished to law enforcement if needed. Tell your children to stay with groups when walking to and from school or other places, avoid any contact with unknown vehicles or people, and tell your children about “safe places” in your neighborhood such as churches, police stations, and fire stations. Read the information on the websites listed above and use it to instruct your children on safety. Contact your local police department for child safety tips and information such as brochures or lectures. Get to know your neighbors and share the responsibility of keeping your children and other children in the neighborhood safe.

Linda S. Galvan of Dallas County Texas Violating Court Order Since 1996
Linda S. Galvan, aka Linda Deland, of Dallas County Texas has been in violation of a California Court Order to change her name for 13 years now.
In 1996 Superior Court of Riverside County California issued a Court Order directing Linda Deland of Dallas County Texas to change her name to Linda S. Galvan. Ms. Galvan is and has been well aware of that court order and the Texas Attorney General has been made aware of this violation of the law on several occasions, however, Ms. Galvan continues to illegally use the name “Linda Deland”.
This is the same Linda Galvan, aka Linda Deland, who has recently began an attempt to extort, (with the assistance of the Texas Attorney General), child support payments from her former husband for an illegitimate child Ms. Galvan gave birth to in 1992 as the result of an adulterous extramarital affair.
