In November of 1993 a DNA Paternity Test was performed and this test determined, with 99.99% accuracy that David E. Deland, (former husband of Linda Galvan Deland – Dallas County Texas), is excluded as the biological father of Nichole M. Deland of Dallas County Texas.
I, David E. Deland, of Brady, McCulloch County, Texas, do hereby state, declare, and affirm that I am NOT the biological father of Nichole M. Deland of Dallas County Texas. I refuse to accept any responsibility of any kind, including financial responsibility, for a child which I am not and could not be the biological father of.

Linda GALVAN Deland of Dallas County Texas seems to believe that her former husband is the biological father of her child despite the fact that conclusive evidence clearly proves otherwise.

Ebay Seller:
majormaddog24
Jeff Jordan
Galveston TX 77554
United States
On August 7, 2009, Jeff Jordan, aka “majormaddog24″ on Ebay, purchased a Durabrand HT 3916 Surround Sound System being offered for sale on Ebay by Deland Enterprises Brady Texas for the bargain price of $19.95. Mr. Jordan paid for the purchase using PayPal. The item was promptly shipped by UPS and delivered to Jeff Jordan on August 17, 1992.
At the time of shipping, this item gently used but in near factory perfect condition. It was very clean and had no “defects” of any kind other than a very small, discreet, professionally engraved identification marking. The unit was fully tested in the presence of two of my friends / associates and the unit was mechanically sound and fully operational in every aspect at the time of shipping. And, the unit was very carefully packed with more than adequate padding and protection before being presented to UPS for shipment.
Almost immediately upon receipt of the item Mr. Jeff Jordan, aka “majormaddog24″ on Ebay, made a formal dispute with PayPal claiming that the item was “not as described”. Mr. Jordan made absolutely no attempt to contact me prior to making this formal dispute. In all honesty, the item Mr. Jordan received really was “not as described”. The item was actually BETTER than described in the Ebay listing and was sold at a bargain price. Mr. Jeff Jordan, aka “majormaddog24″ on Ebay, made completely false and slanderous statements to PayPal claiming that the item was dirty, was not in fully functional / good working condition, and had numbers “melted” on the case. None of these statements made by Mr. Jordan are true and I have witnesses who can testify that these statements made by Mr. Jordan are completely untrue.
In our opinion, Mr. Jeff Jordan, aka “majormaddog24″ on Ebay, made an impulse buy on a very high quality bargain priced item and then began suffering from a severe case of buyers remorse farther complicated by the fact that the item was listed as “no returns”. We believe that Mr. Jeff Jordan decided to deliberately abuse and damage the item after receipt of the item and then submit a completely false and slanderous claim to PayPal in an attempt to extort an undeserved refund from Deland Enterprises of Brady Texas.
Apparently, Ebay has a very good “buyer protection” policy but absolutely no “seller protection” policy because, despite being presented with compelling evidence, (including statements from two witnesses), by us, PayPal has now decided that Mr. Jeff Jordan, aka “majormaddog24″ on Ebay should be allowed to return the item, (which he apparently deliberately damaged and abused), and receive a refund. This is something Ebay sellers should put a lot of thought into.
EBAY SELLERS BEWARE OF JEFF JORDAN AKA MAJORMADDOG24
It now appears that, (as of August 21 2009), Mr. Jeff Jordon has decided to reverse the absolutely ridiculous PayPal Ebay Buyer Protection claim he made against Deland Enterprises on August 17. Perhaps Mr. Jordon realized that we were ready, willing, and able to go to court if needed in order to protect our rights and reputation. Or perhaps Mr. Jordon decided that trying to rectify a sever case of “buyers remorse” in this very uncivilized manner was simply wrong.
Deland Enterprises has been offering quality products and services to the general public since 1993. During that time period we have had less than 10 less than satisfied customers and we insured that each and every one of these incidents was very quickly resolved to the full and complete satisfaction of the customer, including, in some cases, offering the customer a full refund for the product or service they were not satisfied with. However, we simply cannot allow our company and our company’s reputation to be undeservedly publicly attacked in a manner such as Mr. Jeff Jordon was attempting, and we will take appropriate measures to legally defend ourselves in such cases.

Brady Texas Now Has An Auto Race Track
The race track is actually North Graham Street between Crothers Street and South Street in the northwest section of Brady Texas.
Various types of automobiles regularly race down this road at speeds clearly in excess of 40 MPH at all hours of the day and night completely disregarding the numerous children and pedestrians in the area. There is an elementary school, an after school child care facility, and a a church all very near this unofficial race track. The speed limit is 30 MPH and SHOULD be 20 MPH due to all the children in the area which the many dangerous and reckless drivers speeding up and down North Graham Street clearly do not care about at all.
To make matters worse, Lake Graham appears in the 1500 Block of North Graham Street every time it rains, (which has been quite often the past few months), creating a large temporary pond in the middle of North Graham Street which these dangerous speeding drivers hydroplane through at high speed – one of these idiot drivers is going to lose control at Lake Graham and collide with a house, parked car, or possibly even a small child.
Brady Texas Police have been informed of this problem on numerous times over the past year but there has been absolutely no increase in police patrols or speed enforcement on this unofficial race track. Somebody is going to get seriously injured or killed on the North Graham Street Race Track if the City Of Brady, particularly the Brady Police, don’t immediately start taking steps to end this major speeding problem.
December 12, 2009
This morning I listened and watched, (as I have many times over the past months), to various types of vehicles flying up and down North Graham Street in Brady Texas even as school buses were picking up young children. And, as usual, absolutely police around anywhere.
The speed limit on North Graham Street and several other streets in this neighborhood really needs to be reduced to 20 MPH due to the large number of children in the area and also in consideration of the nearby elementary school and church. And after the speed limit is lowered, the Brady Police Department needs to spend some time in the area strictly enforcing that speed limit. Something else which would probably reduce the speeding considerably would be to install new at least two new stop signs along North Graham Street between Crothers and South Street and, again, have those stop signs monitored by police. If the Brady Police Department and / or McCulloch County Sheriffs Department do not currently have the manpower to attend to this critical public safety issue then perhaps it is time for the City Of Brady Texas to hire a few new police officers.
